While he spent his formative years “learning to appreciate the arts” through his family’s season tickets to Bass Concert Hall’s Broadway series, it wasn’t until high school that Vinnie’s passion for all things musical truly began. He learned to play both the trombone and bass guitar, and his love of funk and Motown led him to LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS (still his all-time favorite). In turn, he quickly gorged himself on all the prog-rock/rock opera he could find. ROCKY HORROR, PHANTOM OF THE PARADISE, and XANADU further cemented his love of rich storytelling and world-building through music.
With his wife Jenny and their dog Alabama, Vinnie fills his days watching and collecting genre film, playing board games, cooking, and other flim-flammery.
